Website Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing from!  We hope you love your purchase.  

If an item purchased on our website fails to meet your expectations, you may
return it by mail and receive a refund.  All Sales are Final on Sale items.
Any items purchased on our website and returned at any of our retail stores will
receive a store credit only.

All refunds or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the ship date.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

1.  Pack and seal your merchandise securely. All returned items must be unworn
     with all tags intact.

2.  Original receipt or packing slip must be included.
     Notate anywhere on the slip the reason you are returning the merchandise and
     any specific instructions.(example: Please exchange for a different size, Please
     refund me etc.) You are responsible for the return shipping charge.

3.  Mail the package to:

Do not Mail any returns to the Cinnamon Girl Stores! They often get lost in the Mall/Shopping Center Mail. We will not be responsible for any packages that were mailed to the stores and lost.

Please allow up to 14 days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited.

Returns for items with a PROMOTION CODE: You may exchange the item for the same style in a different color or size or you may apply a credit for the amount paid towards a different item at its current price. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.
